Doctor of Medical Sciences Mariyat Mukhina: it is better for no one to eat fried nuts.

Nutritionist Mariyat Mukhina shared her opinion on how healthy it really is to eat nuts. The doctor noted that this product is rich in fiber, which stimulates healthy intestinal activity and helps normalize cholesterol and blood sugar levels. In addition, nuts are a source of a large number of substances useful for strengthening health.

“They contain protein, which is necessary for maintaining muscle mass and tissue repair, fatty acids for heart health, B vitamins to support the nervous system, as well as magnesium, which is necessary for bones, and potassium, which is necessary for normalizing heart rhythm and blood pressure,” the doctor listed in a comment to Moscow 24.
At the same time, Mukhina noted that nuts are often sold roasted, but they should not be consumed in this form. Pointing out their harm, the expert warned:

“It is better for no one to eat fried nuts. During roasting, vitamins and oils are burned, and carcinogens are formed.”
Doctor Mukhina clarified that it is best to eat nuts dried. For better absorption, they should first be soaked in water for two hours.

The specialist drew attention to the fact that nuts are not recommended for people with allergies or gastrointestinal problems.

Earlier, the MedikForum.ru portal wrote that some products can accelerate the aging process of the human body.
