Powerful plasma emissions occur on the Sun, which contributes to a magnetic storm – many may feel unwell these days.
On August 28, Russians could feel negative changes in their health, experience mental retardation and headaches. The cause of such malaise is a strong magnetic storm that arose due to increased solar activity. In such a storm, not only headaches are possible, but also fainting, Gazeta.ru reported.
According to the Solar Astronomy Laboratory at the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IKI RAS), about ten powerful flares occurred on the Sun the day before. Astrophysicists believe that new flares will occur in the near future, including the most powerful ones. Thus, new magnetic fluctuations will arise, to which weather-sensitive people react especially painfully. With solar activity above three points, they often experience headaches, dizziness, rapid heartbeat, and increased weakness. According to the recommendations of specialists, it is important for such people to avoid stress, intense loads, conflict situations, and drink enough water during a magnetic storm.
