Oncologist Kaprin: signals of future cancer are often harmless

According to Andrey Kaprin, chief oncologist of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, in cases of cancer development, the body can give signals in advance about a future disease.

Oncologist Kaprin informed in his telegram channel that the body's signals of a future malignant disease often take the form of common routine ailments that do not seem dangerous at all.

“The signals, surprisingly, very often, are absolutely harmless,” the academician said about this.
Andrey Kaprin emphasized that the appearance of such ailments is a reason to make an appointment with a doctor and tell about it, to clarify the need for an examination. In particular, the oncologist called pain and discomfort in the abdomen (especially in the upper segment) a good reason for examination, which occur periodically and cannot be explained by some obvious factors.

“Also, do not ignore frequent nausea, heaviness and bloating after eating fatty foods. Such symptoms may indicate problems with the pancreas,” Kaprin added.
The doctor advised women to remember that not only lumps in the mammary gland, but also other changes are a signal for the development of breast cancer. The oncologist stated that at an early stage of this disease, seals are sometimes absent. But if you regularly conduct a self-examination, you will notice that the mammary glands begin to differ in appearance – for example, in shape, size.

Blood discharge can also signal the development of an oncological process in the body – having noticed them in the toilet, you need to be examined immediately. The doctor stressed that people whose relatives had already had cancer should be especially observant of their own bodies.
