Go to bed earlier: Doctor Lebedeva reported how to lose weight due to the production of somatotropin

weight loss
Endocrinologist Dilyara Lebedeva told how to achieve weight loss with the help of sleep.

Endocrinologist Lebedeva said that the process of fat burning in the human body can be made more intense if you start going to bed earlier. The doctor noted that when people fall asleep before 11:00 p.m., they experience an intense release of a hormone that affects the consumption of adipose tissue.

“Some hormones help you lose weight if they are produced in sufficient quantities. For example, you can lose weight by producing somatotropin – to do this, you need to go to bed before 11:00 p.m.,” Lebedeva said on her Telegram channel.
Another hormone that helps you lose weight is testosterone. To activate its production, you need to do strength exercises, the specialist suggested.

Another hormone that increases fat burning is thyroxine. Lebedeva clarified: its production occurs when the body receives tyrosine, which is found in meat, fish and eggs.

Earlier, the MedikForum.ru portal wrote about what the diet should be like after 50 years of age to prevent excess weight.
