Therapist Irina Baranova: airing the room helps prevent the occurrence of rapid heartbeat.

Doctor Baranova called airing a way to prevent rapid heartbeat. In particular, such a disturbance in the work of the heart can occur in the morning.

“In the morning hours, a person may experience a strong heartbeat, even waking up from it,” the doctor noted in her Telegram channel.
Baranova clarified that the cause of this phenomenon may be the body's oxygen deficiency (along with excess carbon dioxide), which occurs in a closed room where a person sleeps. In this case, rapid heartbeat occurs at about three or four o'clock in the morning. The specialist emphasized that a good “cure” for it in such circumstances is fresh air.

“Open the window for ventilation, sleep with the window open. Neither air conditioners nor climate control systems solve the issue of the quantity and ratio of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the room,” said the candidate of medical sciences.
The doctor also drew attention to the fact that rapid heartbeat can be a manifestation of iron deficiency in the body or anemia. To more accurately determine whether this problem exists, you need to do an appropriate blood test.
