12 symptoms that appear exactly 1 month before a heart attack

Contrary to popular belief, the onset of a heart attack often comes unnoticed. People just don't pay attention. A survey of more than 500 women revealed a number of harmful warning signs a month before the event.

“In a survey of over 500 women who had experienced a heart attack, 95 percent of them said they noticed something was wrong about a month before a heart attack. The two most common early warning signs were fatigue (71 percent) and sleep disturbance (48 percent)” , – says cardiologist Oleg Varfolomeev especially for MedikForum.
