Properly combining the achievements of modern cosmetology and the gifts of nature, you can preserve the beauty and youthfulness of the skin for a long time. Therapist Artem Khachatryan shared proven recipes for herbal face masks.

“I am a doctor who maintains a balance between the heritage of nature and progress in medicine. When we use both, only then does the maximum benefit appear for a person,” the expert says.
One of these recipes is a mask based on hawthorn and shepherd’s purse. Such home care will help get rid of signs of fatigue, nourish the skin.

To prepare the mask, you will also need dandelion roots and cottage cheese. Grind and mix all the ingredients in approximately equal proportions. Optionally, you can add a spoonful of honey to the herbs (if you are not allergic to bee products).

Distribute the mask over the skin of the face and leave for 15 minutes. Then gently rinse it off with cool water or even ice cubes. This will give an additional toning effect.
